Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we do! You can select the gift wrapping option when adding an item to your cart. Our gift wrap consists of black wrap with twine bow and a swing tag including your chosen text. We do occasionally add some native steams or dried florals to packages which is subject to availability.
Which shipping company do you use?
Majority of the time we use Australia Post. For larger packages we do try to source alternative couriers as they can work our cheaper for our customers.
How long will my parcel take to be dispatched?
We work super hard to dispatch your parcels as soon as possible. Our lead time can be as early as the same day and usually will not take any longer than 3 business days. Australia Post does not open on weekends or public holidays so this must be kept in mind what calculating your lead time.

We are located in the beautiful beach town of Corindi Beach, NSW
Can I choose to pick up my order?
Yes!! We have a showroom in Corindi Beach, NSW and you are more than welcome to pick up your order instead of paying for shipping. Please choose the pick up option when ordering and we will be in contact asap to organise a suitable day. We can also offer pick up from our markets stalls!
Where can I buy your products?
You can purchase our products online at mylittleglassjar.com, at any of our market stalls (see markets tab) or from our stockists:

I think my succulent is dying, can you help?
Of course, send us an email with a description of what your succulent looks like and where you have been keeping it in your home, how often you've watered it etc. If possible photos can be super helpful as well.
Can you deliver succulent jars?
We offer hand delivery to locals of the Coffs Harbour region but can not provide delivery to the remainder of Australia for our succulent jars purely due to how fragile the succulent jars are.
As an alternative to delivery you are welcome to pick up your succulent jars from our Corindi Beach showroom.
Do you have a license to prepare food?
Yes! We have a food preparation license with the Coffs Harbour Council which has been formally approved until 2028.
