Shipping policy.

The Difference between delivery time and lead time
Lead time is the time it takes from the second you place your order to the time it is handed over to the post office. It's essentially how long it takes for us to make and pack your
order.
Delivery time is the time is takes from the second we hand your parcel over to the delivery service e.g. Australia Post, to the time it arrives at your doorstep. This part we don't have control over and your parcel is in the hands of the courier.

Lead time
Our lead time for orders can vary. We can not guarantee a set lead time although we try our best to have orders shipped within 2-3 business days. Busier times of year like Christmas and Easter we do get a large influx of orders so lead times may be slightly longer than usual.

Rush order
If you need your order asap or by a dead line please email us prior to placing your order. This way we can prioritise your order and have it dispatched as quick as possible.

Delivery time
Express Post 1-2 business days. Standard Post 2-6 business days.
These are estimates and not guarantees. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your parcel.

Terms and conditions
We do not take responsibility for parcels that may be delayed or lost once they are handed over to our shipping company, these situations are unfortunately completely out of our control. We also do not take responsibility for orders that are placed with incorrect postal addresses.
Although if you do have a problem with your order please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help assist you!
